The Raiders tried again on a season opener that had been postponed due to rain last week, but lost it at Riverton, 12-1, Wednesday night. In the second game they fell 3-2.
“I told the girls that we will learn from it and they never gave up,” Frontenac head coach Cassie Buche told The Morning Sun after the game. “Riverton just got the hits when they needed them.”
